3 Healthy for Life Meals Specific to Fitness Person

In a previous blog, I explained some knowledge about fitness meals. How to make and eat a good and healthy fitness meal is not an easy task. We need to make fitness meals low-fat and low-calorie, and delicious so that we can continue to eat for a long time. So, let me introduce to you a few fitness breakfasts that I usually like to eat.

Overnight oats

Overnight oatmeal is a very convenient and delicious fitness breakfast. And it contains very comprehensive nutrients. And, we can make a wide variety of overnight oats, depending on which flavour you like. This way, we won't get bored because we can adjust the taste of overnight oats at any time (such as chocolate, strawberry, matcha, mango). Besides, I recommend that you can add Greek yogurt and nuts to it. Then put it in the refrigerator overnight. The next morning, we put the fruits we like into the overnight oatmeal, and we can start eating.

The production procedure is relatively complicated. First of all, the ingredients we need to prepare are a banana, quick oats (50g), a cup of almond milk, and an egg. We are going to put these ingredients into a juicer and make a paste. Then, we have to prepare a pan without adding oil. We can pour it directly into the pan with a spoon and fry it on low heat for about 3 minutes on each side. We can choose the fruits we like to eat, for example, I like blueberries and raspberries, so I chose these two fruits as toppings.

I choose to eat a high-calorie breakfast one or two times a week, such as some traditional Chinese foods: steamed buns and egg yolk crisps. Fitness is a difficult thing to persist and eating fitness meals. So, we should enjoy doing it, let it become our habit, and integrate it into our life. Therefore, it is necessary to meet their needs properly. In the morning, our body's metabolic capacity is better, so we can properly eat some high-calorie, sugary foods that we usually don't eat.

Sandwich

Also, I think the best fitness breakfast is high protein foods, such as eggs, beef, salmon, and so on. The breakfast I usually make the most is a sandwich. I think "Sandwiches" is the most nutritious breakfast. Generally, I add fried eggs or poached eggs to it, and then a piece of turkey or chicken breast. Then I will add cucumber, tomato, and avocado. This sandwich contains fat, carbohydrate, and protein, which are the essential nutrients for our human body.
